Sharonda Bishop

Managing Principal

Sharonda Bishop is the Founder and Principal of Bishop Consulting, a Human Resource and Training company, serving the High Desert communities of Victorville, Apple Valley and Hesperia, and cities throughout the Inland Empire.  She is an innovative leader, having held senior positions in the hospitality, engineering and PEO industries.  Sharonda possesses over 20 years of human resources, payroll, and training experiences, working with employees and managers on a one-to-one level, honing their communication, teamwork and leadership skills.


Currently, Ms. Bishop is a lecturer at the Cal Poly’s College of the Extended University, training supervisors and managers on a variety of subjects including supervisory skills, talent acquisition and organizational behavior.  Sharonda has certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Professional in Human Resource - CA designee (PHR-CA).  


A graduate of Cornell University, Sharonda has a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, a Master's degree in Human Resource Design from Claremont University, and is currently a doctoral student at DePaul University.  


An active member of her community, Sharonda is on the board of directors of Inland Valley Hope Partners and Professionals in Human Resources Inland Valley district.  When she is not working, Sharonda enjoys spending time with her family, husband Kevin, daughter Maya and stepson Kevin Jr.

Kathleen Khoury

Partner

Kathleen Khoury is a Partner with Bishop Consulting, a Human Resource and Training company, serving employers and businesses in Orange County and San Diego County. She is an experienced leader and trusted advisor, having held senior positions in the legal, engineering and technology industries. Kathleen has her B.S. from Santa Clara University and her J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law. 


Kathleen possesses close to 20 years of combined experience in legal compliance and Human Resources. Her areas of expertise include workforce planning, training, employment law compliance, recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management, policy and program development and change management. Kathleen uses her employment law background, coupled with her Human Resources expertise, to not only help employers avoid litigation, but create great places to work.
